Le Thé au 65 rue des Bains à Genève (Plainpalais/Jonction) est une belle découverte. Une toute petite salle de 15 personnes maximum mais une nourriture chinoise à tomber par terre. Les dim-sums étaient parfaits et la carte des thés permet de choisir entre une centaine de thés chinois. Mon restaurant préféré à Genève.
